Regarding ticket booking through travelyaari

I booked online ticket from Sangli to Dombivali for travel on 11/02/17.This was booked through travelyaari yesterday (10/02/17). PNR: 84231620-1911359 seat 15 L. Suddenly I was to change the route to Mulund / Thane. I requested the office if they can transfer my ticket to Borivali / Thane going bus. I talked to Txxxxi she asked me to talk to Ms. Dxxxe. I was informed that they can shift the ticket to Borivali bus. but as I had single ticket (Female) in earlier bus and the seat availability was double seat in borivali bus – 13 -14 (these are the last seats in the sleeper bus), I will have to pay the fare for two tickets. They also said it is because if they do not get female traveller to share the seat with me then it would be empty and they would loose revenue. I am unable to understand why would I pay for two seats – getting the shared seat for female passengers in sleeper bus is not responsibility of the traveller. I think GPT MOhan travels have tried to take advantage of my urgency and would like to compliant against them in this forum for their approach of asking double the fare from me. Please let me know how to escalate this to the senior most management of GPT-Mohan travels. Also let me know how to proceed further in such cases
