Few days ago I have bought the item that is wirelesss keyboard from ebay. The keyboard is under ebay guarantee. When I have received the keyboard the item and started using the item I came to know that item eats too much battery and also keyboard is not comfortable . I have raised the claim to the eBay and the have rudely replied that you need to contact to seller for this. Now, I knows eBay, why should I contact to seller for defected product and uncomfortable product. I want to return the item but they are rudely replied to no. Please help me.
