Regrding failed Dish TV recharge through BHIM App

I did a Dish TV recharge of Rs.270/- on 20-02-2017 through BHIP APP from Punjab National Bank. However, Dish TV says that no recharge has been received by them. I have complained to Dish TV many times but the matter has not been resolved.
