Reliance-Wrong billing

We were using reliance broadband+ connection. When we moved to new location, there was no network coverage. We tried to get it rectified for about 2 weeks but their representative told us to get connection terminated. I tried calling customer care, wrote mail to, visited their office. finally on 15th dec i got confirmation of connection termination from them through a employee named S……a. My outstanding was 440 Rs., but when I got bill it had 120 rs extra. tried to clarify but their representative talked too rudely. next month they added one month charge extra. means even after formal completion of termination they keep on adding bill.

Don’t even know how to talk with people. Continously they were asking for Rs.1650, today they are sending a notice with bill of 1365. this is totally unbearable. I have gone through a lot of mental pressure because of these people and still facing the same. I have copy of all the bills. Also I had confirmation through mail about my connection termination.
