Samsung Refrigerator Complaint

We brought a Samsung RT56H667ESL double door refrigerator in May 2014. By September 2014, there was problem with the cooling and on registering the complaint with Samsung on 19th Sept. they took the fridge to the service center and took nearly 1 month to repair it. They said that there was problem with the compressor. Its not been a month now and again there is problem with the fridge. For the past one week there is water in the freezer and nothing can be frozen in it. On complaining with the customer care on 4th Nov and then with their service center in Lucknow, they said that they have registered the complaint and by 5th Nov the Engg. will come and repair it. The complaint no. will come as a msg on the no. from which I called. We didn’t get any msg and neither did any engg. visit our place. Within 6 months this is the 2nd time we are facing this problem and the Samsung people are not at all sensitive to this issue. They do not solve our problem and if they try it is delayed. A brand new fridge has so much problem. This fridge is in the name of Mr. AK Mukerji.
