Services disconnected by Airtel on my valid postpaid connection

I have applied for changing my AIRTEL prepaid connection to post paid on 26th Oct 13. I have deposited the documents and Rs.250/- for this. The services on the prepaid connected was discontinued on 28th Oct, but the services on the postpaid SIM were never restored. I have visited Airtel service center both in Gurgaon and Noida more than 10 times, called them more than 50 times and mailed to Airtel nodal and appellate more than 50 times, but they are unable to restore the services and also not giving any suitable answer.
