Snapdeal not arranging for reverse pick up for damaged product

Ordered a “study table with 3 Drawers” from Snapdeal which arrived in damaged condition. Emailed snapdeal to return it. They agreed and said reverse pickup is not possible, so I will have to arrange a courier to do the pickup. But are telling me that they will pay only Rs.400/- to send the table by courier from Mumbai to Delhi. And the table weight is 31.4 Kgs, hence all couriers are quoting almost Rs. 2000/-.

They gave me a delivery label to paste on the box saying it is 20.5 Kgs., but the box packing says its 31.4 Kgs and i confirmed the weight is 31.4 by weighing it on a scale.

Have been emailing them from 19th to confirm is they will pay the courier charge which is almost Rs.2000/-. All I am told is that the call is escalated, Snapdeal will call you back in 24 hours, but the call has not occurred in the last 10 days. Complete mental harassment. Spoke to Kayva from Snapdeal on Facebook. Spoke to Hxxxu on Snapdeal Helpline.
Wasted over Rs.300/- calling snapdeal. Total loss ūüôĀ

    ICF solved my issue of not getting a snapdeal return and refund within a week of emailing them.
    Many thanks to the ICF team for all their efforts.
