Snapdeal vendor sends wrong product and not replacing it

I ordered Degitek micro USB cable from snap deal. but I receive an OTG cable and the product was damaged already..So,I return the product to snapdeal.com but it’s failed in there internal quality check just because of I only claimed that the product I received was different. there is no option to mention that the product is damaged too..So they don’t give my refund…and I complained so so much time in snap deal. the order no of the product is 15240603359 and it’s placed on 19th Sep 2016. please please help.

    I want refund not the product any more…. it’s been almost 6 months
