Suzuki showroom not delivering smart card

I hve bought a suzuki gixxer 150 (red black color) on 17th july 2016 from Tanishq Suzuki, Kol-700061
I hve provided all necessary documnts and purchased it by cash. Aftr 2mnths they had given me my smartcard and i found that there was a printing mistk i.e (maker class-gixxer sf printed instead of gixxer)
So i asked them to rectify it and give it to me as soon as possible. But 9mnths have passed but still they r not responsing properly and telling they r still unable to rectify it at this moment. I am facing a lot of problems at the time of papers checking by traffic police. I m unable to use this bike in main road as i m already fined twice by traffice police. i am facing a lot of problems.but the showroom authority is just delaying & giving fake assurace. I will be highly obliged if u kindly look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
