Tata Docomo number blocked after porting to Vodafone

My number was port from Tata Docomo(post-paid) to Vodafone(prepaid) on 23-02-2016 after 10 days it would start. I cleared all bill of Tata Docomo. But after one month I got message of bill of ?207 which was paid by me at 5 April 2016 22:23:10 Transection number 2094184. I paid that bill after paid bill my number was outgoing service off and after 2-3 days Incoming also stopped. I called Vodafone care than got info that I didn’t pay the stand-up of ?207.Then also got info that if I saw them hardcopy or softcopy of bill paid than my number will start. So I sent mail for bill paid copy on 13April(docket number 533196707).After I got mail from Sxxxk Lxxxxxh that I paid the bill. But I want paid bill copy they gave me bill of Feb2016. So mailing them and got mail from Mr.Mxxxxxd Txxxxxb(docket no M26562313) that Docomo can’t give the billed copy. Then I send upper billing details to Vodafone but they want copy. So Vodafone want Copy Docomo don’t give me and I want my number. I am confuse so please help me.

    I posted the complaint.I got the message from TATADocomo that “We will ensure soon”.How many days to get my problem solve?
    please solve my problem as soon as possible.
