Tikona issued cheque with incomplete name

I have a Tikona connection with customer ID number 1111096300. As my check got returned from the bank due to incomplete name, I spoke to one of u r Associates and he told me to send ID proofs which has my full name. I already sent the required attachments through your customer service email but I got an email saying that my email is not registered I think it is due to that my account is already closed so please resend me the check with correct name as per ID proof ‘vamshi krishna Manikonda’
