Hi would like to complaint against UBER cab, As I book a cab on the 24-02-2017 at 19:22 the cancellation was happening from the drivers end and I was charged for the cancellation fee and How could they??? So I sent a mail regarding issues which I face they issued my credit. After all by which evening time at 19:39 I again book a cab and my cab again cancelled from the drivers end and was charged against taking my credit money which is of 50/- INR, when I start mailing them to refund my money as its been showing in my email that I was charged again .Inform staff from Uber Customer Service slang at me stating that I will close your issue and will not resolve at all sending me all stupid dirty email . yet they still never refund my money.
