Unable to return the product received from Snapdeal

I received my order Sony SBH 20 order no 18596603884 by Delhivery Courier on 20 mar 2017. I can not see the return option on your app because of you already cancel this order but I can’t understand how I received this order.
Data cable and user manual also missed and the product is fake. I contact to your customer care service on 20/03/2017 and he insured that he will response me with in 24 hour but there no any call from his side.
