Dear Myntra Customer Support Team,
I am writing to formally complain about an issue I have faced with Myntra for the second time, which has caused me financial loss and inconvenience.
I placed an order on Myntra for a watch using the EMI payment option. However, Myntra canceled the order without providing any reason. Despite the cancellation, my bank has still processed the EMI, and now I am being charged 15% interest for three months on a product I never received.
I immediately contacted Myntra’s customer support regarding this issue, but I was informed that there is no resolution available at their end. This is completely unacceptable, as the mistake is from Myntra’s side, and I should not be forced to pay interest on a transaction that Myntra canceled.
This is not the first time I am experiencing such an issue with Myntra. It appears to be a recurring problem where orders are canceled arbitrarily, but customers are still charged EMI interest. Such unfair practices violate consumer rights and financial fairness.
