My Balance as of last night was Rs. 287.40 Only. When I woke up this morning my balance went down to Rs 138.40. I immediately called up the customer care @ 198 and the call was received (name wasn’t disclosed). I spoke to him about the deduction, he said that I have activated 3 packs. I responded by saying that I activated only 1 sms pack myself ie Rs 39. He insisted that according to him I activated the other two packs of Rs 98 and Rs 51, since I couldn’t find the internet pack/sms pack of Rs 98/51 activated on my phone I asked him to register a complaint that this is false deduction. I did not even get any confirmation SMS for the activation of the said recharges from the company. Still my balance was deducted. The Customer care executive refused to register my complaint and refused to refund. He hung up on me without even clearing the matter. Since then I tried calling up multiple times but the call to customer care isn’t connecting (and this happens every time they make false deductions). Now am unable to speak to the customer care. Moreover they even deactivated my internet pack which was never activated [and for that I got a confirmation SMS] whereas I never got any confirmation SMS for activation of the services that were Allegedly active on my phone. Now they have left me with no choice but to register a complaint with the forum.
