I have a reliance number. Now automatically some value added services are getting activated on my number. And amount is getting deducted from main balance, though I have not asked for any value added services activation.
When i try to can customer care, I am not able to talk to customer care executive. Their IVR is the worst service.
And if some how I am able talk to them after 2 days, they will say, they can not refund the money as they don’t have data available for more than 1 day. And ultimately I am losing my money.
