Videocon D2h not resolving the Software Update issue

I am facing the issue of software update every 15 minutes to half an hour on an average every day from past 2 to 3 months. Because of this software update, I am getting too much disturbance in watching the broadcasting service. If I am watching some channels, because of these updates, it is moving to some other channels and again I need to select the same channels from remote which I was watching before.
So because of these issue I registered a complain on 16th November 2014, with complain No:- 263041764 and work order no:- 2832335. The technician from Videocon D2H called me and told they will come on 17th November 2014. But I informed them that I will not be available after 9 am in the morning during the week and informed them to come on Saturday 22 November 2014. They agreed and closed the issue on 17th November without resolving my issue and told me to call in one mobile number with name Shiva on Friday, so he will come and resolve the issue on Saturday 22 November 2014. But even if I called I did not got any response from the Number.
So I registered 2nd complain on 21/11/2014 with complain No: 264054916. They assured that they will resolve the issue on Saturday 22/11/2014 latest by 6.35 Pm. But this time also the issue was not resolved but when I called them on Saturday, they told they have closed the complaint without resolving my issue. So again on 22/11/2014 I registered another complain with complain No: 264271882 this time also they had closed the complaint without resolving my issue. The latest complain number registered on 25/11/2014 is 264828710.

So now my question to Videocon D2h is whether you will resolve my issue or not? If you do not turn up latest by Saturday 29/11/2014, going forward I will not recharge anymore and I will shift to any other company who are taking better care of their customers.
I would like to mention here that if for a particular month the recharge gets exhausted, we get a repeated call from Videocon D2H twice or thrice a day and also message to recharge. But when customers are facing any issues, they are not resolving the query. This proves that Videocon D2H know only how to snatch money from customers but will not solve their query if they are in any trouble as my product is in warranty and this is a free service for which Videocon will not get any service charge from me.
I will also aware the people who are planning to take Videocon D2H, that you will not going to get the free service if you take it. You need to come to consumer forum and escalate the issue, even then also not sure whether they will take care of your query.
