Whirlpool, poor quality products and false promises

Whirlpool sells its product door to door brfore it is launched in the market . I bought its water filter where i was primises that the candle of the filter will be changed free of cost in its last service. But the company denies to do that not only that the company had sold thia product directly to customers at different rates. And has charged me 4000 extra. I even have a whirlpool refrigerator which turned out to be defective right since day one but wwhirlpool denies dat and its engineer aska us to sell the fridge off and buy a new one saying this one will never work properly. As the refrigerator ia defective the company doesn’t want to take an AMC for the same inspite of ua ready to pay for it.
