Whirlpool Protton Royal Alpha – A Disaster and Turmoil

WE purchased a Protton 3 door 6th sense fridge on 31st August, from Girias Showroon – Trichy Road – Coimbatore. It was all dented and scratched. After fighting for 15 days, I got a replacement. The new piece, did not have proper stands. However, we kept quiet and wanted to be satisfied. After 2 days the brand new fridge, stopped working. :(. We were shocked. After running and fighting, the customer service people changed a component. Though we asked for a replacement, they only did a repair. Now after 30 days, once again the fridge is not working. We are running, begging and screaming for a replacement. But again, we are rudely told that they will once again repair the fridge. Really???? A new fridge being stripped and repaired twice in 40 days?? I have to be happy with the service? My fridge has a fault. It is not working. I want a replacement. After paying 28 thousand rupees, I deserve a good fridge.
