Wrong billing for internet service that was not used

I’m using Vodafone connection for my no. 9xxxxxxxxxx9 And I dint use internet services of on this no. as I’m using jio internet for that I have double sim mobile phone. But Vodafone made bill for 3000 rs instead of around 700rs which is completely wrong as I don’t use Vodafone internet service. I was using Jio internet but due to some technical issue the Vodafone assumed that I was using Vodafone internet, it’s impossible because I have changed my settings to Jio for data uses. But Vodafone customer support telling me that they are helpless to help me out in this situation and this is technical issue and I have to pay the full amount. Sir/madam I request U to reduce my internet data charges as I dint use it. I’m looking forward for ur help.
