Wrong product delivered by PayTM

Hi, I have ordered something from PayTM. But unfortunately I received a wrong product. So I raise a return request. Firstly, the PayTM officers don’t respond my mail. However, after multiple mail they want me to send the pictures of the product what I received. I send them all the pictures of their need. After that they also asked me to elaborate briefly what is wrong with the item. I also did that and they assured me that the product would be picked up very soon. But after some days they mailed me that my account has been barred to raise return request for some suspicious activities.
Now my question to PayTM
1. If you detect any suspicious activities frok my account then why you didn’t barr me eariler (while purchasing)?
2. Why PayTM didn’t warn me about the suspicious activities before?
3. Why PayTM barred me after sending me a different product (Not what I ordered)?

So plz officers take necessary steps so that I can get my product/money. Also I promise I will never purchase anything from PayTM from now and onwards.
