I took a zoom car on 02-Feb-2016 and returned the vehicle in a perfect condition at 19:54 and my outstanding was 0.
I had an issue with wheel alignment so was speaking with Customer care and in the mean while at 08:30 PM i had been levied with damage charges.
When i checked with field executive he said to check with customer care and was not ready to talk with me. And you people are showing me a pic which is not of the car that i have returned. None of the Customer care is resolving my issue.
