Trouble with Samsung Mobile – Harassment by Service Centre, Dealer -Handset replaced by the Company: Mr. Tarun Kapur of 55 Adarsh Nagar, Iddgah Road, Moradabad-244001 posted a complaint with the forum on 10-07-2009 for the following : Problem with the functioning of handset, non-co-operative dealer and service centre. Complaint regarding Vox heater brought through Ebay.in: NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in. Upon receipt he found the appliance was of poor quality with broken parts inside. His complaints to Ebay went in vain and he posted his complaint with ICF on 26-01-2013.
