Complaint against sadabahar essentials instagram vendor

I have ordered for a product at sadabahar essentials an instagram official page. They asked for payment screenshots. I did that as well. After that no response from them its been a month since im following up now. Before payment their responses were prompt.. After payment they didnt even notice the ping

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
