Complaint regarding faulty stroller from FirstCry

I ordered a stroller and received the delivery on 26th April,18. After much delay the stoller got assembled on 4th May,18. During assembly I highlighted some of the odd fittings but the assembly guy said that such inconsistency is present in all stollers. I made a telephonic complaint on 6th May after malfunctioning of stoller after 1 day use. I reached out to Firstcry team on 7th May through email mentioning my concerns over the product and assembly and I have been getting false hopes that a technician will visit to check the product. Firstcry is sitting over my complaint since 7th, May without any resolution.
