Complaint regarding non-delivery by dcshoesindiastore

I have ordered a pair of shoes from dcshoesindiastore[.]com around a month ago and the payment has been done online, but i haven’t received shoes yet. Also not able to contact the seller or the tracking company. I’m not able to initiate the refund also as no option is available on the website. I have been charged for around 5k and i want my refund on this order.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
