I have ordered 2 item from purplle.com. Later i found both to be a duplicate product And i returned them, its almost one month amd there is no update or refund from their side. Im continously mailing and no reply and customer care number seems to be fake. If the return id rejected product has to be shipped back that dint happen also. Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
