Complaint regarding order placed with Snapmint

Order is confirmed by Seller. Value: 41. I have order Bluetooth neckband with down payment of rs41 on snapmint order ID is 5020029. And now it’s 24 hours complete but no response from snapmint for order confirmation….plz help me sir i am not so rich…i value my Rs41 down payment…plz refund or confirm my order Asap.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
