Purchased vehicle in the month of August 2025 from the dealer OM SAI Ganganagar Bangalore Showroom the problem was with the range for full charge 25km to 30km this problem was brought to their notice and several times in mid of road the vehicle got stopped after a long struggle they made us to run from pillar to post & after several weeks they replaced the cluster and from this procedure also the issue was not resolved. Now new issue is noticed that the vehicle was got stopped (even after battery was fully charged)on the road my wife was riding this scooter after the vehicle stopped for towing I called to my brother and he towed the vehicle to the home the vehicle was not getting ON & when battery is connected for charging some beep sound is reflecting unable to charge the batterybnow also I have tried several calls to the concerned showroom team but no response. My humble request you to kindly help me please.
