Complaint regarding Vodafone for activation of MNP SIM

I have port my BSNL mobile number 94xxxxxxx3 in Vodafone. I visited Vodafone store at JMD mall Gurgaon for MNP. At that time, I request to vodafone executive for prepaid sim card but they give me postpaid SIM card without communicate to me and capture my biometric for this. When I know about this, i ask to Vodafone executive, why they
capture my biometric for wrong sim card, then they told me this SIM card belong to Haryana and you need to go same place where from you got this SIM. On the say of vodafone executive I went to same place where from I got that SIM card after travelling 200-250 KMs (Gurgaon to Bhiwani). When I visited vodafone store at Bhiwani they say
to me for going to Gurgaon (Bhiwani to Gurgaon).
Now my question is that when I request for prepaid SIM card than why they give me postpaid SIM card without communicate to me. Why they say me to go that place for SIM card.
Right now my sim card is de-activate by vodafone and after many calls or mails no one is responding. Rather than to solve my problem vodafone executive is saying me over phone” they are not setting to read my mails or complaints”.
Every time vodafone executive ask me go to vodafone store but I did not get any solution from vodafone store. I have visited many times at vodafone store (20-25 time or more).
My mobile no is very important for me which is currently de-activated by vodafone and I have a very big loss due to this.
Vodafone is harassing me on phone from last 6 months. Request you to kindly do the needful and help in resolve my issue ASAP.
