I am using Vodafone postpaid for last 2 and a half years. There are continuous complaints from me for network error but they are not solving the error. They just say that complaint will be solved within a weeks time but nothing happens. We are unable to access Internet properly and for that our money from online transaction has also been blocked because many a times the signal goes and it shows emergency calls only.
My recent complaint was made on 3rd April with complaint number 482850656. They said that it will be solved within a week but the problem still exists. I have changed my handset and even my sim as instructed by them but the error still exist. Please do something as I am now fed up with this network. Please take immediate actions.
