Refund from Bagittoday – Rs.2,149/-: Kunal Kumar, SAHARANPUR, Uttar Pradesh (Email: kunal.phy04[at]gmail.com) had ordered a HP laptop Backpack BP849AA on 5th July 12.05 PM with order no.33080251. But the product was not delivered even after two weeks. He posted his complaint with ICF on 13-07-2013 requesting for either delivery or refund. He got his refund on or about 20-07-2013. Refund from Naaptol – Rs.4,373/- : Abhishek Pandey of ChanndaNagar, Andhra Pradesh (Email: itsmeabhishekpandey[at]gmail.com) had placed an order with Naaptol on 28-04-2013 for Ultimate Sofa cum bed. Complaint against Surya Roshni Ltd. for interest: Ms. Poonam Tyagi of Mumbai-400094, MAHARASHTRA invested in FD with Surya Roshni Ltd. There company delayed the issuance of FDR and upon further pursuing the matter the company sent a cheque for the FDR investment amount though the cheque got dishonored.
