First, they change the specifications without telling me or without any instructions from me. They dont seem to understand the difference between an agreed sales quote & delivery challan. They created multiple sales quotes after having already finalized a sales quote. I asked for toughened glass & stuck to it since my initial discussion with them. That was what they quoted for in the first sales quote as well, which was agreed & approved by me. Then they created a second quote where they removed the ‘toughened’ specification & said the measurements have slightly changed. But they charged the full amount as levied in the first sales quote. This was noticed by me only during the installation & when I raised this concern with the sales team, they are putting the blame on me saying this is what you agreed. This is cheating the customer.
Second, the installation itself had issues, which need to be reminded to them multiple times before it gets fixed. The sales team doesnt take any responsibility to address the issue.
Third, even when I had fully paid for a product, they tried to cheat me by asking me to pay additional amount (for three of my casement windows).
Fourth, by mistake my wife made an excess payment. Its taking me more than 4 weeks to get the refund, even after reminding them multiple times by calls / emails / sms.
The sad part, they dont acknowledge the delay and extra stress that the customer is put thru. Over & above it, they dont even call you to address it at the earliest.
This is truely an unprofessional behaviour and bad attitude especially by the sales team of Aparna Venster
