Shop charging more than MRP

There is only one confectionery shop inside our apartment, they are charging extra for all the product like for daily use everybody purchase milk, curd, etc for each and every item they charge ?1-2 extra as cooling charges. If we ask why we need to pay they say if you want the product then take it otherwise go to some other shop as they know we don’t have enough options for these daily products. Please look into this issue.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
