Theatre charging more money on tickets

I’m from union territory of puducherry, I went to an theatre(Padma theatre) in yanam district, as per govt rules UT of puducherry taking less entertainment tax and The theatre Electricity is also less than other states but nearby Andhra Pradesh theatres charging 100rs and in my state 105rs, what is this, please take action against them.
