I am a genuine customer of Amazon India. I have been using the platform regularly and have an active account registered with the following credentials:
Recently, I received a suspicious email regarding account verification, and upon contacting Amazon, my account was denied access without a clear explanation. I followed up multiple times via email and chat, but the support team denied to help or escalate the issue further.
This has caused me mental stress, inconvenience, and potential loss of access to my order history, subscriptions, and wallet/gift card balances.
I have already submitted a complaint through PGPortal but Amazon has not responded satisfactorily.
