Mobile replaced by Micromax – Rs.17,000/- : Akhil Ajayababu, Marappalam, Pattom, Kerala (a.akhil50@gmail.com) bought a Micromax canvas 4 mobile phone in February 2014 and after roughly 2 months the screen suddently blacked out and the main board was replaced. However, the device developed further issues and the it was again submitted to the service centre. Even after two months the device was not repaired. The customer posted his complaint with ICF on 05-12-2014 and he got a new replacement by 12-12-2014.
