Amazon order lost by Skyking courier

Item booked through amazon, lost by skyking courier. As I was Booked one 5AH bike battery through amazon on 16 may 19, item tranported by skyking courier from seller on 23 May 19. Till date item not received. Amazon saying your package might be lost, contact seller. I wrote few mails to seller, lodged complaints …
