I ordered lehenga from storeadda.com but never received information regarding its shipment. I called and mailed them so many times but no answer. Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018. He had used the car for extra one hour and for which he paid additiona hire charges however the customer was presented with a demand Notice for additional Rs.6000/-. Customer had posted his complaint with ICF on 24-12-2018 and the matter was taken up with them. Finally, Zoomcar agreed to waive the demand and close the matter. Kolkata 700050, West Bengal

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.249/-: Mr. Tapas Kar of Dum Dum, Kolkata, West Bengal (Email: tapaskar007@gmail.com) ordered “Karpine Flip Cover for Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG” from Flipkart.com on 13 September,2014. But he received a damaged product and was assured of refund by Flipkart. But the defective product was not picked up and no refund was made even after repeated requests.
