Complaint regarding Paytm cash back offer

My claim ifor paytm cashback of rs 20000 on television purchased still not returned. I have complained somany times to paytm but no response and even calling them they said it will be resolved soon… after stating 48hrs cashabck returns it is still not returned. I also gave bank account details as requested by paytm …

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.759/-: Mr. Vaibhav Jain of Rajajinagar, Bangalore 560010, Karnataka made a UPI transaction through Google Pay to Flipkart on 25-Oct-2019 of INR 759/-. Quality complaint against Monginis cake: Ms. Dipika Mulchandani, Ghatkopar(w) mum 86, Maharastra (Email: dipikam86(at)gmail.com) purchased a cake from a local Monginis outlet at ghatkopar station west on the occassion of Mother’s day.
