Repair/replacement of Samsonite AT Prismo Spinner – Rs.9,950/-: Sarita Hegde Roy, Apollo Bunder Mumbai 400 001, Maharashtra, bought a Prismo Spinner Samsonite bag at Bagzone Lifestyles Pvt.Ltd (New BEL Road, Bangalore 560094). She was assured that refund was initiated by them on 7th march but she did not receive the money. She contacted the customer care many times but did not her money back.
