Fake smartwatch from Hello wrist buddy

I ordered a smart watch from ‘Hello wrist buddy’ site but i get a chinese watch which was not working ,when i call or messaging this site to talk about the product they didnot taking phone or not responding to me , sir i want to return it and i want to refund my money …
