Refund from Homeshop18 – Rs.2,140/-: David Johnson of Gaikata, Kharagpur 721301, West Bengal ordered a casserole from Home Shop 18 on 30.11.2014. The produce sent to him was of lower price. The customer reported this to Homeshop18 and returned the product as per their instructions. He however did not get refund even after repeated contacts with HS18. Refund from Emyntra -Rs.5,846: Mr. Ajay Shah of Worli, Mumbai, Maharashtra (akscain[@]gmail.com) ordered for shoes through emyntra.com.
