Complaint against the online purchase of smart phone back covers

This complain is regarding a online website which takes orders for Back Covers of smartphones. I had placed an order with them on 16th April, 2018 for a back cover for my phone and I haven’t received any communication regarding it’s delivery and order details! I wrote multiple emails to them but still no response …

Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund.
