Out of 5 products he received only one that too was damaged. Customer wrote to the company for redressing his grievance but there was no reply from them. Until 2nd November the product was not delivered and Mr. Satish posted his complaint with ICF. Refund from Pantaloons – Rs.2,000/- : Ms. Vidya Venugopalan of Chennai 600090, Tamil Nadu ordered product worth Rs 2000 on 14th July with a delivery commitment of 10 days. However, the product was not dispatched and there was no update from the portal even after raising complaint by the customer. Wrong roaming plan activated by Airtel – Rs.3,999/- : Mr. Satish of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh had wanted to activate roaming package for USA for his employer’s son and he was asked to do a recharge of Rs.3,999/- by Airtel.
