Club Exotica Denied Promised Services

I wish to lodge a serious complaint against Club Exotica Luxury Vacations for indulging in false promises, misrepresentation, and harassment.

I was introduced to Club Exotica at Seven Sky Hotel-Bhuj-Kutch. Their Relationship Manager Mr. Mxxxxxxxd explained the membership plan in detail and assured me several services both verbally and in writing. Based on these assurances, I enrolled for their membership.
The promised services included:
21 flexible travel days within 3 years (extendable up to 6 years if unused)
One-time Asian international tour package with unlimited stay option
One-time domestic tour with return flight tickets
Pickup & drop facility for all tours
Breakfast, dinner, and sightseeing included in every package
Annual celebrations (birthday/anniversary) for myself, my wife, and my son in a 3? hotel in Bhuj, with decoration, cake cutting, and dinner for up to 10 family members

However, soon after enrollment, the company started denying these services. Despite my repeated follow-ups, I was made to interact with Manager Ms. Kxxxxxi, who completely refused all the commitments made by Mr. Mxxxxxxxd and instead offered a downgraded package where:
Pickup & drop was excluded
Birthday/anniversary celebrations were restricted to only 4 persons
Hotel options were limited and non-flexible
Several of the key promised benefits were denied
When I objected, they delayed matters unnecessarily for 10–12 days, gave false assurances, and kept me mentally disturbed with their manipulative tactics.
This behavior amounts to cheating, misrepresentation, and unfair trade practice. I have call recordings and a signed document by Mr. Mxxxxxxxd which clearly prove the commitments made at the time of enrollment.
Relief / Demand
I request the Forum to take strict action against Club Exotica and direct them to:
Provide compensation for the mental harassment, stress, and inconvenience caused to me
