Refund from Safal Teachers institute – Rs.3000/-: Ms. Namrata Gorava, Mumbai, Maharashtra had paid Rs.3000/- for a course but she did not attend the same and she wanted refund. She requested the institute for refund but did not get any response. Ms. Gorava posted her complaint with ICF on 11-07-2019 and the matter was taken up with the institute. Karbonn mobile service – Rs.12,000/-: Mr. Nagamallappa of Bangalore, Karnataka (nagamallappa[@]toyota-kirlsokar.co.in) had purchased Karbon Mobile S9. After 6 months, it was not switching on.
