Refund from Makemytrip.com – Rs.10,000/-: Mr. Sesha Sai Kuchibhotla, Hyderabad 500008, Telangana booked 2 student tickets on make my trip. Though the 3rd baggage was free for students on British Airways, he was charged Rs.10,000/- @ 5000 Rs per ticket. He raised a complaint with Makemytrip but it was not resolved even after 45 days. The customer posted his complaint with ICF on 12-12-2015 and the matter was taken up with Makemytrip. The customer finally got refund of Rs.10,000/- by 16-12-2015.
