I have purchased Yamaha scooter ray zr 125cc on 13.102023, purchased from Aarthi Motors, Choolai, Chennai. From day one I have been facing problems in this scooter, various problems viz., starting trouble , battery trouble, air lock in petrol tank trouble and so on it keeps going. Every time I take this scooter to the dealer as mentioned above, he will do something and assure me that the problem is solved. And this story is repeated again and again.every month on month.
Now the scenario is as such that the scooter is completely dead, And when we contacted the dealer :: he assured us that he will come and pick up the vehicle and attend the problem
Now no one is attending to my complaint and we are fed up with the model of scooter. I have been a fan of YAMAHA Since my adulthood, using the RX 100’s model and the Enticer model for almost 25 years , but never faced such problems. We now assume that this is one of the failure models of yamaha and on top of it the dealers attitude towards my complaint.
Now this is my last source of rescue, and even if this is not solved by you then only the GOD is the savior.
I personally feel cheated by yamaha and their respective dealer. we wait for the solution in anticipation .
