Complaint Against Fraudulent Online Store, Refund Request

I am writing to file a complaint against the online store [Rajvi Boutique – https[:]//rajviboutique[.]com], from which I ordered two ethnic dresses worth ?2100 on October 6, 2025.
The products I received are completely different from what was advertised and of very poor quality. I have made multiple attempts to contact the seller through their website email  Instagram DMs, and the phone number listed on their site, but none of these methods have yielded a response since they are invalid. The website email is also different from the email through which I received the login OTP .
I have payment proof via GPay/UPI but did not receive any official order confirmation or invoice from the store. I strongly believe this store is fraudulent and is attempting to cheat customers.
I request that the Consumer Forum investigate this matter and assist me in obtaining a full refund of ?2100. I have all supporting proofs for this transaction, including screenshots of the payment made via GPay/UPI on October 6, 2025, and the confirmation page immediately after payment. I also have records of multiple attempts to contact the seller through Instagram DMs and email. Although the seller’s page became unavailable on one account after a message was sent, the page is still visible on another account. All proofs can be provided if requested.
